This is our painted RV parked at Sleeping Bear Dunes in Empire, Michigan.
That’s one serious steep wall of sand with an expanse of dunes that eventually leads to the National Lakeshore on Lake Michigan. We didn’t make it to the water, though we did have a surprise photo shoot when I noticed a man about to propose. When I see these things, I feel an obligation to photograph them.
